“EASY CHANGE” fixing system

Product Description

Kloben forced circulation system mod. TOTAL ENERGY NRG 600 designed for the production of domestic hot water and for supplementary heating.

It is composed of a steel buffer storage tank with a capacity of 600 litres, equipped with a stratifier for optimising the various temperatures within the storage tank and a solar exchanger with coil capable of guaranteeing high levels of heat exchange.

The tank is equipped with several attachments for the connection of heating circuits and for the contribution to auxiliary heating, supplied by one or more boilers and/or various types of heat generators. The NRG 600 system is equipped with expanded polyurethane heat insulation which allows the elimination of heat channels and supplies a high level of insulation to the whole tank.

The system is equipped with a plug in type Low Flow solar station pre-installed on the storage tank casing for the management of circulation in the solar circuit, by means of differential control, complete with valves for filling and draining the system and safety and regulation instruments. Integrated in the solar station, the EASY model solar circuit management control unit is supplied.

This allows the variation of the main operating parameters of the solar circuit on the basis of the specific requirements of each system. The preparation of domestic hot water is supplied by the Hydro Pack type integrated module which works on the basis of the direct exchange principle.

The Hydro Pack module allows the heating of water for domestic use continuously and instantly. It is a plug and play system, applied and connected to the boiler casing directly, ready for connection to the water mains, which requires no further hydraulic or electrical connections nor connection to additional tanks for hot water storage.
