System "Eco Energy"

With the series “ECO ENERGY”, Kloben offers a system projected to satisfy the small hot water requirements. The innovation consists in adding to the traditional forced circulation components, a special ECO SOLAR STATION for the fluid circulation, brought in action by a PHOTOVOLTAIC COLLECTOR with power 65 KW. The main system advantage is the complete energetic independence, also from electrical wiring. The series ECO ENERGY is managed by a solar control ECO MASTER (supplied with sensors) powered by the Photovoltaic module.

The 200 and 300 l kit are supplied with double coil tank, already with threaded connection 1”1/2 for the 2 kW electric element inserting. The 150 l kit, supplied with single coil tank, the flange with 1”1/2 coupling for the 2 kW electric element, is supplied on request (cod.100010330).

System "Solar Free 300"

Forced circulation system "SOLAR FREE 300" for sanitary water production, with integrated heat pump. The circulation pump is activated by the control series EASY, for the managing of the solar collector and cylinder temperatures. The cylinder with integrated heat pump is supplied with solar heat exchanger and copper condenser for heat pump.

The kit “SOLAR FREE 300” has been projected and sized to satisfy the following average relation between solar gross area and tank volume:

1,15 m2 / 100 l stored water

• No possibility of delivered energy accounting

System "Grand Soleil NTT 300"

Forced circulation system "GRAND SOLEIL NTT 300" for sanitary water production, formed by complete solar circuit, and circulation group with integrated solar control supply already assembled on the twin coil vitrified cylinder. The vertical storage cylinder includes two internal heat exchangers (coils): one for the solar circuit connection and the second for the auxiliary heating (the upper one).

System "Grand Soleil"

Forced circulation solar system for hot water production, with separated collector and cylinder. The series "GRAND SOLEIL" is formed by the complete solar circuit (solar collector, security and pumps group, connection piping) and by a solar control, for the control of the temperatures on the solar collector, and inside the tank, further to regulate the eventual boiler start. The cylinder includes two internal heat exchangers (coils): one for the solar circuit connection and the second for the auxiliary heating (the upper one).

System "TotalEnergy"

Complete solar system for the sanitary water production and under floor heating integration. Due the perfect component's choice and its functional combination, Kloben assures by use of this system a profitable economical advantage, reducing the fuel's consumptions to the minimum indispensable. The innovating comby tank series SSP SOLAR and the good energy distribution prevent in fact waste of energy caused by not necessary over-dimensions. The solar circuit is formed by the "security and pumps group", by the connection's tubing, and by a solar control.

The series “TOTALENERGY” is supplied with solar control COSMET with the following characteristics:

• Possibility of accounting of the delivered energy

System “NRG 600”

The System NRG 600 it is an integrated system for sanitary water and low temperature heating system back up. It consists in a Puffer cylinder 600 litres with stratification, for the optimizing of the different water temperature inside the storage. It is supplied with solar coil. The solar station and the solar control are integrated on it thanks to a "plug in" system. The instantaneous sanitary water production in granted by the external Hydro Pack module, formed by a plates heat exchanger, pump, mixing valve and all the required hydraulic components. It is supplied pre mounted on the cylinder, with a "plug and play" system. No other electrical wiring or hydraulic connection is required.

Main components of the Hydro Pack module are:

• circulation pump Salmson NYL 63-15
• ball valves 3/4"
• EPDM insulation
