Forced Circulation Solar Collector Kloben Cpc Diffusion

The solar collector is formed by a series of borosilicate glass tubes in a double cavity, soldered at the extremes to render the internal cavity a vacuum. The internal cavity is rendered selective for absorption of solar energy by utilising recycled products wich are metallised with "CERMET". The absorption unit consists of a copper tube bent into a U-shape and connected to an aluminium support, thereby increasing its absorption surface. The entire lenght of tubing is then encased in a single glass tube then connected in parallel on the superior surface of the panel to a single collector (the panels are supplied pre-assembled).

Installation Set

Special installation kit in hot zinc coated steel, special made for a sure fastening on inclined roofs with tiles covering. To install one collector (every size of our range) are necessary two pcs. of this kit. To install more than one collector (every size of our range) are necessary the same number of the collectors + 1 pcs. of this kit.

Solar Station

Compact return branch module for solar energy systems. Preassembled, insulated and ready for installation. Specially sudied for applications on vacuum solar plants, and supplied with all the necessary components. Available in two different models, in relation to the solar plant dimension. The model LOW FLOW is supplid with EPDM insulation and flow meter from 2 up to 16 l/min. The model BIG FLOW is supplid with flow meter from 10 up to 80 l/min.

Solar Control Easy

The new EASY solar control allows the managing of two different solar schemes of Kloben, following pre setted programs, with possibility of parameters change, in relation with the single plant requirements. Supplied with one PT1000 and one NTC sensors.

Solar Control Cosmet

The COSMET solar control allows the managing of nine different solar schemes of Kloben, following pre setted programs, with possibility of parameters change, in relation with the single plant requirements. It includes also some N.O. contact, for the activation of pumps, motorized valves or auxiliary heating sources. It offers also the possibility to measure the delivered energy, by mean of the energy counter (code 101010301 or code 101010303). Finally it can also control the functioning of a minimum temperature sensor, allowing the solar plants working with demineralized water (in suitable climatic areas ). Supplied with one PT1000 and four NTC sensors.

Energy Counter Kit

The kit is formed by one flow meter and two NTC sensors, and thanks to charged software allows the display of the energy delivered by the solar plant. It must be connected to a COSMET solar control.

Expansion Vessel

Expansion vessel with fixed membrane suitable for domestic water and heating use.

It performs the function to absorb the natural fluid expansion on solar plants.

Available in different absorption-capacity to assure the correct plants working in relation to the installed solar surface. According to norm 99/23/CE

Special Fluid For Vacuum Solar Plants

Ready to use, reversibly vaporizable, special pre-mixed heat transfer fluid for vacuum solar installations. It is a biodegradable mixture based on 1,2 propylene glycol, water and anti-corrosion inhibitors (ASTM D 1384). It assures the highest thermal efficiency preventing the surfaces of heat exchangers from becoming fouled. N.B. in order to maintain its specific properties it must not be mixed with other heat transfer fluids, and must never be diluted by water.

3 Way Motorized Valve

Motorized 3-way zone valve with return spring for hydraulic circuits. Powered by an electric motor can assume two operating positions depending on whether the motor is activated or not. The valve is equipped with an external lever for manual positioning of the shut-off ball in the central position. The 5 cables models include and auxiliary switch.

Plates Heat Exchangers

Plates heat exchanger, in which the exchange surface is formed by thin metallic and corrugated plates, joined to one another. The canals are formed by the plates sequence, and the holes on the corners allow the fluid to flow through alternate canals, always against the stream. The contact points of the plates are braze welded to increase the pressure resistance of the used fluids.

Thermostatic Mixing Valve

Thermostatic adjustable mixing valve constructed according norm BS 1415.2 part 2/100: 1986. Used for hot sanitary water production, has the function to keep costant the desired temperature of the used mixed water, even when there are temperature and pressure variations of the net water.

Nipple for Solar Circuit

Brass straight male fitting with ring. Necessary for the connections of the solar collector supply and return flows (single or series) with the entering and returning from the thermal central. Thread ISO 228.

'T' Fitting with Manual Air Vent

Brass fitting with high temperature air vent for solar collectors. To connect to the return side of the solar collectors.

Kit for Solar Plant Filling

Special pump for the loading and perfect for use with Kloben solar plants. Compact, tested, pre-assembled, supplied complete with support on wheels and WILO pump model MC305.

Heat Exchanger For Swimming Pool

Heat exchanger specially projected for all types of swimming pools, where there is a demand for high output and a low pressure loss. Speciallly studied to be utilized with solar collectors and boilers using a fluid as a transfer medium. Totally constructed of high quality acid resistant stainless AISI 316.

Circulation Pump

Single 3 speeds circulation pump with union pipe. Normally used for the water circulation between the plates heat exchanger and the open manifold (hydraulic compensator) in the solar thermic central. Manual speed control, non overloading 1 phase motor, possibility of cable-connections on both sides.
