Kloben flexible stainless steel pipe is simple and quick to install, this no joint no leak system removes the possibility of bad solider joints and the use of naked flames in high risk areas like lofts and around loft insulation. This corrugated flexible and bendable pipe can withstand temperatures of 550 degree c, flex a full 360 degrees and has a maximum working pressure of 15 bar.

Mounting Instructions

1. Measure, adding 4 spirals (2 for each side) for the flanging.
2. Cut the pipe, by using the pipe cutter.
	3. Tighten the pipe in the template, counting 2 spirals (insert the nuts with the threading outwards)
4. Insert the template in the flanging device.
5. Press down the flanging device firmly, with compression and outward movement.
	6. Remove the template and check that the 2 spirals are perfectly plane. Repeat the operation on the other side of the pipe.
7. Once the flanging operation is ended, apply the gaskets and shape the pipe as required.
