PLATE EXCHANGER
Kloben braze-welded plate heat exchanger, dimensioned to allow the best direct heat exchange between the vacuum panels and the various uses.
The heat exchange surface consists of thincorrugated metal plates, assembled one after the other. The channels are formed bythe sequence of the plates and the holes onthe corners are provided so that the two heatexchange fluids can flow through alternatechannels, always with counter flow. The brazewelding around the edge of the plates guarantees sealing and keeps the fluids separatewithin the channels. The points of contact ofthe plates are braze-welded to increase resistance to the pressure of the fluids treated. Suitable for application on medium and large-sized systems. Supplied complete with 20 mm EPDM insulation covered by aluminium strip.
